Terms and conditions
TAT: 1 week - 1 month, in case its more the client Will be advised
Refunds are not handled in any way, be careful with your requests and be sure of your purchases.
All kinds of drawings will be made, in the same way, you can request advice previously.
Emergency commissions with a period of less than 48 hours will not be accepted.
Payment is done in halfs only if Its more that +20$ so you can feel safe commissioning me. One half at the beginning and the other at the end of the commission to formalize its delivery.
The art works made can be re-published, with respective credits.
The client has complete freedom of changes in the sketch stage to evaluate changes in their designs.
Work will begin after the payment is confirmed within a period of 24 hours onwards. Extraordinary cases will be previously agreed between the client and the advisor.
The client will be notified when the work stages begin, in addition to the fact that the WIP will be public information in case it is approved.
The works will be handled in a series of base-maximum prices, however this may vary, depending on the extraordinary requests added or the wishes of the buyer.
When the work is done, the changes will be limited to two (2), be careful and pay attention while this is unlimited in the sketch stages.
Sizes and finishes will be handled from the most basic to the most professional. If it is intended for physical printing, previously agree on it for its respective shipment in the appropriate ink formats.
The discounts will be established thanks to your frequent activity with the account(s) and publications, in addition to being semi-permanent as more commissions are accumulated. A unique and invariable benefit of which we will have a record, we appreciate your trust and future purchases.
Offensive, discriminatory or hateful treatment will not be tolerated in the customer community and/or towards customer service. This may translate into loss of benefits, discounts, respective complaint and permanent blocking.
The active resolution of all your requests will be ensured, there will be times when they will not be attended to for human reasons, be patient and kind.
